Refund Policy

At Scalr, all transactions are conducted through private sourcing and client-specific requests. Due to the nature of our services and the exclusivity of the items we provide, all sales are considered final.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the transaction.

 

Each item is sourced specifically based on client requests, and therefore cannot be returned or restocked.

 

 

2. Client Responsibility

 

By proceeding with a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

 

  • All details, specifications, and conditions of the item have been reviewed and accepted

  • The purchase decision is made voluntarily and with full understanding of the product

  • No cancellation or refund will be issued after confirmation

 

 

3. Exceptions

 

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Scalr, and must be confirmed in writing.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Fees

 

Any deposits, sourcing fees, or service-related charges are strictly non-refundable.

 

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Scalr.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

 

  • Immediate termination of service

  • Permanent restriction from future access

  • Legal action where applicable
